View our inventory and services and decide what items you would like to reserve to make your event unique!
Fill out the online interest form including list of items desired and date of event on our Heartfelt Rentals website so I can confirm availability of date and items for your event.
Once your date and items are confirmed available on our end, I will send you a contract proposal and will hold that date for you for 7 days in order to reserve our unique handmade or vintage items.
Booking requires a signed contract within 7 days of receiving the proposal and a nonrefundable 50% of the rental cost paid by cash or check. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event paid by check or cash. All of our unique handmade and vintage item rentals are rented for a 24 hour period.
We will finalize the details and you are able to make changes up to 14 days before your event - you may add or reduce items as long as the total fee of items does not decrease more than 20 percent of your total rental fee. Any additions to your order are subject to availability.
